Yoga Classes
My intention is to share yoga with students who want to be guided. Yoga classes are a space to practice yoga and be guided by the teacher.
Rooted in the yoga tradition, the classes explore the foundations of the asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing), dharana (concentration), and dhyana (meditation) through movement and breath. I might bring themes to the class that are intertwined with yoga philosophy, to support your self-exploration.
Explore this page for details on the different options to practice with me.
Group classes
Practice with me in a group setting in the heart of Richmond, in London. The group classes are a safe and judgement-free space to practice yoga alongside other students. There, you are invited to experience the power of practicing in a group, through guided cues from the teacher.
Group classes are accessible to all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, starting with foundations and having options to experiment in your own rythm.
